Digital Frontier Inc. was established in 1993 as a division of TYO Inc. The division was launched as a creative motion picture production team, using the most advanced media and techniques of the time, such as CD-ROMs and CG animation.
We separated from TYO Inc. and incorporated in 2000.
Then, we became a subsidiary company of FIELDS Corporation in 2010.
In spite of our company’s continuously changing situation, we have broken new ground consistently and enthusiastically, leading the industry at all times since we were established.

We have worked on many popular movies, TV dramas, in-game cutscenes, and other motion pictures both live action and animated, across a variety of genres and project sizes.
Since “APPLESEED” was released in 2004, we started creating full CG animated films constantly, and that is a big feature of our company.
Although we intend to release the best works with our best techniques, we have strong feelings that our works will be delivered not only in Japan, but all over the world through the borderless medium called ANIME.

We offer DF brand works to the world regardless of borders, bringing surprise and emotion to each and all.
