1994 Digital Frontier established as a new section of TYO Image Enterprise.
1997 Both Image Enterprise Section and Digital Frontier moved to Daikanyama.
2000 May Digital Frontier became subsidiary company of TYO Corporation.
Jul Game movie “Art Kamion Geijyutsuden” won the award for SIGGRAPH 2000 Electronic Theatres.
2001 Jul
  • TV commercial “Wing” won the award for SIGGRAPH 2001 Animation Theatres.
  • TV animation series “ZOIDS” won the award for SIGGRAPH 2001 Electronic Theatres.
2002 Aug Bono Bono Kumono no Ki no Koto “Bono Bono Kumono no Ki no Koto” 3DCG animation film released in theatres nationwide. Distributed by Amuse Pictures. Rewarded by the Governor of Tokyo and Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. Won the “Jury Recommended Works” at Japan Media Arts Festival.
2003 May
  • Headquarter moved to Meguro (the office at Daikanyama is kept as a branch office).
  • Motion Capture Studio established at Meguro Headquarter.
Oct Design Department reorganized. Divided into three different departments: CG Design Department, Image Design Department and Planning & Production Department.
2004 Apr APPLE SEED Full-length animation film “Appleseed” released in Toho cinemas.
